The Grant Reporting Process

Guidelines and Procedures

You must complete both the grant report, including the upload of expenditures, for the grant report to be complete.

Annual grant reports are due by September 30th. Supplemental grant reports are due by January 31.

The grant reporting process helps the Rico Center determine how grant projects impacted the community and how funds were spent.

Beginning in 2023, applicants were asked to provide photos, documents, or other media celebrating the grant projects in the community. Additionally, all grant project expenditures will be required to be well documented and applicants were asked to provide all receipts and invoices for funds spent.
