The Grant Reporting Process

Guidelines and Procedures

You must complete both the grant report AND the upload of expenditures to Fyle for the grant report to be complete.

Grant reports are due by September 30th.

The grant reporting process helps the Rico Center determine how grant projects impacted the community and how funds were spent.

Beginning in 2023, applicants were asked to provide photos, documents, or other media celebrating the grant projects in the community. Additionally, all grant project expenditures will be required to be well documented and applicants were asked to provide all receipts and invoices for funds spent.

Fyle

Grant applicants will receive an email invite to activate an account with Fyle, a third party expense management system. Invites will be emailed on September 1st to the email address listed on the original grant application. You will have 24 hours to activate your Fyle account.

If you need to change your email address or require additional assistance please reach out to us at info@ricocenter.org or gives us a call at 970-369-9141.

Before completing a grant report, please take a moment to view the following video tutorial that will assist you in submitting your receipts and invoices onto Fyle.
